Affogato Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS

2 Scoops vanilla ice cream
1.5 oz Union Forge vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
.5 oz simple syrup
¾ oz Jacquin’s amaretto
1 shot chilled espresso

INSTRUCTIONS

Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to a chilled glass.

Add Union Forge Vodka, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, amaretto and chilled espresso into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake until well mixed.

Pour over ice cream. Serve immediately.
